Intake and Session Fees

I accept private pay and CenCal Insurance. My standard fee for individual therapy is $150 per 50-minute session. Prior to your intake session, I will request your payment information, which will be securely stored on file. Sessions are typically billed within 24 hours of your appointment. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide monthly superbills that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is determined by your specific plan, deductible, and coverage. I recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to better understand your eligibility and coverage.

Pre-Intake Paperwork

Before scheduling your intake, you’ll need to complete the pre-intake paperwork. This includes:

  • Consent forms

  • Payment information

  • A brief questionnaire about yourself

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email that your paperwork is complete.

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via phone, text, or email. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee, plus any applicable processing fees. 

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services if you’re not using insurance or are uninsured. Upon request or once you schedule a service you will receive a written estimate of expected charges for therapy sessions.
